Princess is turning Two !!! - 17APR2010

I can hardly believe ...  But It's true.
Our little girl is turning two!

Peek-a-boo! Guess who's two.  RISMIYA that's who!

     This time her Birthday falls on Saturday.. So we planned to celebrate it at Kumbakonam.. Ya... at her Granny's House . To give a surprise to Rismi , we started decorating the whole house with coloured balloons, flowers, streamers etc,  early in the morning .. But the naughty girl woke up early and she also joined with us in decorating the home. She is so excited and running here and there with the balloons.

       
              We have invited our relatives and friends for lunch and thought of keeping the cake cutting session at 11.30 am. As she was so active in the morning in decorating the  house, she got tired and she slept by that time.. She woke-up only at 12.15 in the noon.. That too we forcefully woke her up by making noises as all friends and relatives have been waiting for her :) ... Poor Girl !!! But she was not troubling us to make her ready . She co-operated nicely .. Good Girl !!!

        

                  Shafi ordered a Mickey-Mouse shaped cake as she loves Mickey-Mouse . The moment , Shafi opened the cake box , you have to see those twinkling eyes .. Marvelous !!! Rismi liked the cake very much.. She got excited and wanted to taste the cake immediately.. We struggled a bit to make her to wait for another 10 minutes  :)

Ufff... Not able to blow off the light :)

        Rismi invited all her Kumbakonam friends to stand nearby to her.. What a responsibility at this age !!! She blew off the flower candle with 3 or 4 attempts and cut the take proudly.. I could see her face glowed when she cut the cake. While blowing the candle and cutting the cake , she turned around and looked all of them. All were singing the B'day song rite.. So she delighted to see all ..

Aaaaaa.... Say Aaaaaaaaaaa

         She gave a happy smile when she ate the cake. Yep, of course ... she was waiting for the cake from the moment the box is opened rite :)

          Shafi cut the cake into pieces and kept it on the plates. Rismi voluntarily distributed the cake to her friends & relatives and told them to eat.. She hosted everyone nicely .. Really we should learn how to treat the guests from her ..

        She did not leave the table which we used for cake cutting  for some time :) .. She played around the table till we removed the cake from it . She liked the cake that much ..

             Then What Else.. Lunch Only....   After heavy Lunch  [Ya, your guess is correct .. Mutton Biryani only ] , she gave Ice-creams to all .. In that process of distribution, she finished 4 to 5 ice-creams.. !!! She is so brilliant :)
