My Mom's Birthday !!!

Today is my Mom's 28th Birthday. I wanted to celebrate it very grandly, but nothing much we did as it fell on week day. The previous day, we went to bed by 10.30pm and the in process of putting me to sleep, my mom slept before me . Me and dad were awake and wished her in loud voice at exactly 12'o clock . She got shocked and got up from the bed.  She gave me a tight hug and I loved it. We were talking for some time and forcefully back to sleep as I have school tomorrow.

Morning the moment I got up from bed, I went told my dad that, come we will cut cake for Amma. He was also waiting for me to wake up. I opened the fridge door and dad took out my favourite choco flavor cake and called Amma . She was busy in the kitchen, and I dragged her to the hall. My friend Sahana also joined with us for the cake cutting.

Wonderful Chennai Trip 2012 !

Shafi's cousin & his family have come  from Saudi to Chennai for a vacation of 20 days. Last year, they invited us to stay with them , but somehow we could not make it up. So this year we planned to go over a weekend . We loaded up on Friday evening at around 6'o clock and reached Chennai at 11 pm ! Rismi had a blast and we enjoyed some family time together...

Lovely Brothers !

We did so much during our trip ( Had yummy home made meals, played games/cards, had ice cream, did shopping, watched movies, went to Mayajal, had breakfast @ A2B, chit chatting, ate so much sweets/snacks, been to Dhama's home, wonderful highway driving...the list of activities is endless!). . Rismi had 4 awesome buddies that kept her so busy (Sona & Sibi - her cousins, John & Jenni - Friends).  I have about 75 photos from the trip, so I tried my best to narrow them all down.

Rismi with Thamizhini kutti

 

So much Love on Thamizhini!!!

Rismi kept on telling me to meet Thamizhini papa. Hence on Sunday evening [at around 5.30 pm], before driving back to Bangalore, we visited Dhama's home to meet Thamizhini kutti especially. We spent very short time in their home as Shafi wants to cover the drive-way distance with the presence of light/sun [I know, Dhama is upset with it , Sorry dear] . But we loved it and it was wonderful moment and each and every minute counts there.

Dhama served hot hot Vegetable cutlet and it was very yummy.  Rismi and Thamizhini were playing very busy, and both are adorable.Thamizhini papa is very cute and charming. Though she is just 1.4 years old [usually toddlers cries at the unfamiliar faces] , she mingled nicely with Rismi, Priya and played well.  They had a limited play time in the apartments play area , but both of them enjoyed their company.

It was wonderful weekend and went by way too fast :(  ...  Rismi was incredible, honestly. We drove with Rismi 5+ hours each way. Going there we drove through the evening and she slept the whole way. While driving back , she stayed awake for the first 2 hours and was super happy. She fell asleep in the last 3 hours of the trip (we got home at 10.30 pm).

Dine out @ Marry-Brown

Today , Yaaaahoooo........ Saturday ..!!!  Uffffffff.. After a hectic week , we have got a  relaxed time to breath. As weekends are the only real time that I get with Rismi, I try to make it count and do stuff that we usually would not do on weekdays. We had been to MarryBrown Restaurant which is situated in Koramangala.

MarryBrown is Rismi's one of the favourite eat out place for couple of reasons.. One is Chicken + Finger Chips. She just loves broasted items and finger chips .. And the other one is Children's Play Area. Yep, MarryBrown has a  wonderful play place, fairly big play Area filled with multi-colored balls, Slider, Colorful Balloons, etc..

The MarryBrown play area had just opened, hence it is very clean and neat. It was so much fun! .There were sooooooo many balls. Rismi was playing, jumping, dancing, sleeping, walking and swimming with the balls.. She enjoyed a lot. Though her favourite food reached the table, She did not want to come out from the ball pit. After she got an assurance of  'she can go back to the play area after dinner', she turned back to food.

Even  I wanted to play in those with Rismi ;). These kind of play area weren’t around yet when I was a kid. That's why , I want to give these experiences to my little angel. Weeee!  She just loved it and we used to come here two months once for the sake of Rismi.
